Hunger of Politics and Power part=2 (Ways to fix it) !

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

We are the change that we seek.”

________ Barack Obama

In my last blog of(Hunger of Politics and power), I have discussed some major issues of politics in the current scenario(if you haven’t read yet, please read it first, you will find it in the Politics section of my site). So today I am gonna discuss some ways to fix it, stay connected.

He’s one of the gems of Indian Politics (Late Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee). He was one of the best Prime Minister we have ever got. He once said, “I believe that democracy is the best guarantor for peace and cooperation among nations.” This line clearly states that he believed in democracy, freedom of speech, right to ask, etc. But today there is a lack of thinking like him among politicians.

Myth:

  • “one man can’t make difference”.
  • Questions should be asked to the opposition and previous government.
  • Media is just for applauding government.
  • Religion is the primary to cast vote and issues like ( education, health, employment, economy) are secondary issues.

Facts:

  •  As Mr. Barak Obama said (change will not come if we wait for some other person, It’s us for whom we’ve been waiting for.) Behind every big revolution there is only one person who takes the initiative then after other people join him. Like we can take an example of (Late Mr. Abraham Lincoln) he belonged to a poor family in America. Then he was the one who initiated and later he became the President of America. And afterward, he abolished slavery from America(You can read his full biography). So it’s us who have to initiate or take charge instead of complaining.
  •  If we have selected any party or Government then it’s our duty or right to ask questions from power. It’s wrong thinking that older governments have not done well so we will blame them only, instead of asking the current government that what they are doing to correct that or what they are doing to develop our nations. I am not in favor of any government but let me clarify one thing that Most of the “Public sector undertakings are formed under the rule of old Government and Current Government is selling most of them.” Then you tell me whom should we ask questions? Old government or the Government in power.
  • It’s a well-known fact that currently, the Indian media is only for applauding the government. But it is said that Media is the 4th pillar of Democracy, so instead of being a fan of any Particular party- try to show the truth. Work for Nation, instead of working for TRP.
  • I am not against any religion but let me clarify one thing that if you are hungry or homeless or sick then you need money, job, hospitals, better economy. Religion will not feed you, you need money for which better economy and education is required.

Ways to fix it:

  • A right to recall vote must be given to the public: This means that people must be having the right to make MP or MLA resign before it’s term of 5 years by the same people who elected him/her If he/she doesn’t work in favor of its constituency voters.
  • MP or MLA who rebelled their party after getting elected by the public, Should not be allowed to fight the election again because their this kind of behavior shows that they are not concerned about the public, their sole motive is money. This rule will prevent to happen further incidents as we have seen in (Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan).
  • Those media channels who are not neutral, showing false news or working on an agenda of a single party, must be ban. Those who spread hate must be given proper punishment. Media is for educating people and not for misleading.
  • The public must have the proper right to ask how and where the Government is using their Money. Because if we can give our hardly owned money, then we can ask as well that what they are doing with our money.

Conclusion

So, at last, I will only say that if you feel something wrong happening around you then raise your voice instead of being quite. Because problems will only be corrected when we will raise our voice Instead of complaining. Most Important: Ask Questions from the Government in power.

Nobody Is above Democracy and Constitution.

Thank You.
